No. Pay with M-Pesa without signing up. After confirmation, your receipt lists all ticket numbers and can be saved as PDF or images. My tickets keeps purchases on this browser; your order reference and private access code can recover a receipt on another device.
No. KSh 10 buys one entry for a chance to win KSh 1,000. There is one winner per cash tier. Each ticket has a 1 in N chance, where N is the final paid entry count for that tier. With 100 entries, one ticket has a 1% chance; final odds depend on how many tickets are purchased.
Tap a prize, choose how many tickets, type the Safaricom number you want to pay from, then tap "Pay with M-Pesa". A prompt appears on your phone — enter your M-Pesa PIN to confirm. If the payment goes through, your tickets are in the draw.

Every paid ticket for a raffle goes into one pool and the 1 winner is drawn from it at random. Every ticket has the same chance. We notify winners by SMS and call on the number they paid with, within 24 hours.
We call and SMS you. Confirm your delivery details within 48 hours and we arrange delivery anywhere in Kenya within 21 working days — delivery inside Kenya is free. Cash and Crown winners are paid to an M-Pesa number in their own name.
No — tickets are only issued once the payment is confirmed. If the prompt expired, you cancelled it, or you did not enter your PIN in time, nothing was charged. Just try again.
Email hello@taji.co.ke with the number you paid from and roughly when you paid. We check the record with Paystack and either add your tickets or start an M-Pesa reversal within 24 hours. Do not pay again before writing to us, or you may be charged twice.
Ticket money is not refundable once your ticket is confirmed, because the draw is already running. If we cancel a raffle, void your entry, or cannot supply a prize, we refund you in full to the M-Pesa number you paid from.
Anyone aged 18 or over who is in Kenya and pays from a Safaricom number they own. No bots, no borrowed numbers, no reselling tickets.
Yes. The payment is an STK push processed by Paystack — RafikiRaffles never asks for your M-Pesa PIN and never sees your balance. We will never call you asking for a PIN or an OTP.
